Please google map the area. I live 15 miles from downtown. Unfortunately, there are no buses in my neighborhood. Average time to get into town is 30min. Drive in the morning from home to UT is 20 minutes. It's east on MLK before Webberville. It's a new house with new appliances (dishwasher/microwave/washer n dryer). 3 bedroom. I'll occupy the front bedrm. You, the back one (master w/bathroom). I have 2 kittens. They're too young to be left outside but eventually they'll be outside cats while I'm at work. The extra bedroom i'll keep as an office with a futon for people visiting. My living room doesn't have a TV and i don't intend to put one in it. I watch TV/movies in my room. There's not a ton of storage so you'll have to move in w/no intention of adding furniture like dining room or living room set. Don't worry i have good taste and cool furniture. Neighborhood is super quiet and clean. There's a park you can get to on our street and a lazy river (colorado). Great for jogging. You: Clean and not just in theory. I have new carpet and new everything so this is important. Ambitious and isn't into drama. Respectful, likes cats, working, decent and someone i can say is genuine. Me: Photographer and a drummer in a local band. I like all and everything about art. I hate sports on TV especially football. I go to bars regularly but mostly out to perform or see a show. Amazing 2/2 with loft in West Campus! I'm looking for someone to fill the second bed and bath for the 09-10 school year. I am looking for female student roommates only (undergrad or grad). The move-in date is approximately August 7th, and the rent is $850 a month plus half of the utilities. I am currently a human biology undergrad at UT. As for the apartment, it is everything a girl could want! It is located at 25th and San Gabriel in the Texan Tower, just a 10-15 minute walk from all your classes at UT!
