I am currently in the process of purchasing a home that is a minute commute to the downtown where I work as an accountant. The house is huge and very open with 20 feet ceilings in the main living area. My house will have a washer/dryer, furnished living area, and extra bed if you need one. The closets are extra large. There is a separate bathroom for a roommate. I am very clean and like things to be orderly in the shared living space but your room would be your deal. I do have people over from time to time but usually as a host for dinner for some friends/family. I am from the country originally so I have down to earth morals and values.
I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as clean.I occasionally have overnight guests.I party occasionally.

I live in a brand new apartment complex in a 3 bedroom apartment. I will be living with my 22 year old friend. The apartment is a great space and cheap since there will be 3 of us. It has all new appliances, washer/dryer in the unit, HUGE walk-in closets in each room, carpet, laminate floors in kitchen and bathrooms, private balcony. The complex has an AWESOME pool, clubhouse w/ free fitness center, car detailing center, they pay for cable so we just pay for internet, free parking w/ garages for an extra cost.

I do have a small dog so if you have a small dog that is ok too. However it may only be one and not a large dog and must be house trained. No Cats!

I currently live with one other guy in a very nice home in the suburbs and we need two more roommates. The neighborhood name is Platte Woods. We both really like living here. It's pretty quiet and very convenient. We are about 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the Plaza and UMKC.
