Hello,
We are looking for a roommate to move in by June 1st.
The House;It's a 2 story house thats on 21 acres, with 7 bedroom 3 restroom, laundry room, and a library. (Because we do sit on 21 acres, we do not have a landline for cable or internet capability, only satellite but that is up to the individual to provide) There is no heating or air conditioning. The house is off of Bradshaw and Jackson Rd. (Sacramento) it about 10 minutes from Sacramento State College.
The Roommate;We are looking for someone that would feel comfortable living here with 6 other college-age-guys. All of us have a Christian background and we are a drug free zone, encourage upkeep of public locations (Bathrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry
etc.) and for the safety of animals, please no pets (indoor or outdoor) we have not had the best of luck with pets living here.
The Room;The room is on the second floor and has its own entrance and exit through a wooded deck. Extra storage space in a closet right out side the room in the hallway.
The Cost; A $200 Depot for the 1st month is required.
Rent is $200 to 350 (It depends on how many roommates we have at the time )
Plus $20-$90 for the SMUD Bill
Plus $ 2 for the water bill every month, we have a water well and only pay for uses of the water pump.
Plus $15 a month, this pays for toile paper laundry soap, dish soap, cleaners, and other common household supplies.
