You get your own very large fully furnished bedroom with a 25" color tv , hooked up to cable and wireless internet access is available. House privileges and a washer/dryer are in the master bathroom.
My house is located in a fully gated complex with security guards. There is street parking only, except for a motorcycle, however gated parking has a waiting list for $50/month. Ask for details.
The complex has 3 heated pools, 2 jacuzzis, 2 recreation houses (one with a few ping pong tables and pool tables) and 2 gyms. One is a full gym and the other is weights only. A small pet is okay, however I have a small dog and they must get along. The complex is quiet and safe in a secure neighborhood.
I am a 38 year old professional with an 9 year old daughter. I am looking for somebody who has a steady income to pay rent on time. Someone who is sociable and at the same time respects privacy. Absolutely no smoking inside and zero tolerance for drugs. Partiers might not like this place. read more »

Hi! I've just leased a great condo with the idea of getting a roommate to share it. It's a 2/2 in Palos Verdes Peninsula. Great access to all the rest of the South Bay from here, only a few miles to Redondo Beach or Torrance.
The condo is 977 sq. ft., you'd have a 12' x' 11' bedroom with a very large bathroom of your own. There's an in-unit washer/dryer and gated/assigned parking spaces in a basement level parking garage.
The complex is a new construction and they're renting for a few years before putting the units up for sale. It has wonderful amenities like a fitness center, rooftop spa and more.
