Looking for a roommate who can or does live in the Warner Robins Area, and who is preferrably a Christian...I am a single father of three wonderful children, a Soldier in the U.S. Army, and a Police officer. I have my children every other week, except for when i am shipped out of course. I WILL REQUIRE A BACKGROUND CHECK FOR ANY POTENTIAL ROOMMATE, I WILL NOT ACCEPT APPLICANTS WITH ANY ARRESTS OR CONVICTIONS MISD. OR FEL. NO EXCEPTIONS! No Drugs or Alcohol will be tolerated period! yes this includes marijuana, outside smoking is o.k. providing you pick up your butts.Part of the rent will include utilities and rent only I have a 4 bedroom apartment, which in this area is a duplex. There is a large backyard for kids to play if you have any, and a good sized front yard. I live in a very quiet neighborhood inside of a gated community,which is regularly patrolled by WR PD and 4 courtesy officers that live on the property so it is also a very safe place to live as well. There are 3 swimming pools, 3 baseball fields, 2 soccer fields and tennis courts, 6 basketball courts, 19 playground areas and 17 picnic areas with 2 grills in each area. There are also jogging trails. A copy of your drivers license will be required and at least 3 references from prior residences. Also a small portion of the deposit will be non-refundable for background check purposes. Potential roommate will be required to sign a 12 month lease and if broken the deposit is non-refundable. No pets are allowed. Roommate will be held responsible for any damages that they cause.
