I own a 3 bedroom 2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood right off of harris blvd. It is perfect for anyone working in charlotte, 5-7min for university area, and 10-15 minutes from downtown. It is on a beautiful .6 acre lot. My house is fully furnished all you will need is a bed to sleep on. I am a professional who works 40 hours a week, and is very respectful to others needs.
I am a Christian, however, and maintain certain rules that must not be broken. No drug's, no parties in my house, no sexual activity unless you are married. And of course the basics, clean up after yourself, respect my belongings because i have pretty nice things.

2 Christian roommates are searching for a 3rd roommate who shares our same morals and values. We are renting out a bedroom in a 3 bedroom/2 bath house in the Raintree neighborhood. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms (one of which is for rent) and a shared bathroom and laundry room. Upstairs is a living room with fireplace, dining room, spacious kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The lawn care is taken care of by the landlord. There is a 1 car garage used mostly for storage. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a very safe neighborhood.
