Nice place in the CAMDEN Palisades complex on the 2nd Fl overlooking a grassy area. It's a nice area and really quiet. I have lived on this property for 8.5 years and am going from a 1bdrm to a 2bdrm. Washer and Dryer in the apartment a a good amount of personal storage. The apartment is also close to the pool and jacuzzi for the complex. You: sane, employed with a regular income, and some degree of maturity. Not looking for a party monster, need someone who has a live and let live personality and can mesh well Me: relatively insane, gay, travels once in a while and is very active in the local community as well as the Las Vegas arts community. Tom: the dog, a 100# Shepherd mix 11 years old and very sweet. I will ask the roommate to help watch him when I am out of town which happens once a month or two.
