Lovely upstairs master bedroom suite with a full bath, walk in closit and loft. You would have the entire top floor of the house. It is a very, nice, private area. We would share a kitchen. The rent is $475 per month plus 1/2 of utilities. You would need to put down a deposit. We are a non smoking/drugs Christian home. I am a single mom with a school age daughter. The house is a duplex with high volted ceilings and a small backyard. The house is situated on a cul-de-sac in a nice family neighborhood that is walking distance from a nice, public grade school. We are walking distance from the MAX lightrail train, to save on gas. We are looking for someone Christian kind, clean, non smoking/no drugs who is responsible and pays on time.
