We are all current Sophomores at the College of Charleston. There are five girls sharing a 4 bedroom apartment- with 2 sharing the master bedroom. I am leaving to move to Australia with my family and therefore need to find someone to move in ASAP! The girls are very friendly, fun, and down to earth! Two of them are in the honors college at CofC. One of them is studying Biology, another is studying Psychology. There is also one girl who is an Art major and then one studying Education. They aren't exactly neat as a pin, but they are tidy and respectable of others belongings. They aren't big on partying and go out perhaps once a weekend. These girls are extremely easy to get along with, they are up for anything and anyone :)
The rent is $520 a month, and with utilities it comes to about $600. This includes; water, heat, electricity, internet, and cable. There is a full kitchen, a laundry room with a washer & dryer, a family room with a couch and TV, a full bathroom on the 1st floor. There is one bedroom on the first floor and then the remaining 3 on the second floor. There is also a full bathroom on the 2nd floor. There is one parking space available to you in the parking lot specific to the apartments. The apartment is a short walk to CofC (3 blocks!) to King Street, MUSC etc. It really is in a great location!
