Interested in sharing my beautiful 3-story townhouse in Cool Springs (18 min from downtown Nashville) with the right (female) roommate. I am very considerate, so if I have a bad day, you probably won't be able to tell. I am happy, laid-back, and not moody, so if this describes you too, we will get along great. I am a Christian, so I don't make a habit of vulgar language, wild parties at the house, or overnight boyfriends, but as long as you don't either, what you choose to believe is up to you (I won't try to change it). My life is full and I am pretty independent, so I am not looking for someone to eat dinner with each night (you fix your meals and I will fix mine), but that?s not to say we can?t make popcorn and watch a movie sometime.
You would be provided with a private bedroom with walk-in closet, and private full bath (with tub/shower combination), as well as use of the rest of the house. The bedroom is currently empty, but arrangements could be made to furnish if needed. The house is attractively decorated (Pier 1 style) and has a main floor patio and a second floor deck - both overlook a park-like area. The subdivision is beautiful (lots of trees), safe to walk at night, and close to I-65, restaurants, and stores. Washer / dryer / dishwasher / microwave / digital cable / high speed wireless internet / exercise equipment. Attached garage could be negotiated with the rent for car or additional storage space. Split utilities.
Min rental: 2 months. Max rental: as long as mutually agreeable. Rent amount could be negotiated for the right person (compatibility is more important than money). No smokers. No pets. No children.
