I live in a very convenient and central location here in the DFW MetroPlex. I have a beautiful, contemporary apartment with a large balcony overlooking the landscape to share. The apartment is right at 1200 sf so it is a nice size, the guest bedroom and bath would be yours and we will share the utilities. The apt is located on the 2nd floor and this helps wonderfully so far with the cost of electric here in TX. My bill has not exceeded $70 since I moved in October '07, I'm sure with the A/C in summer it will be higher but so far I have been able to keep it around $60/mo. Water has been $27/mo and I have Dish Satellite, if you want an added receiver for your room we can with an added fee. Internet, Satellite and home phone split would be approx $90 per month. Therefore utilities split should be $100-$200 mo pending the water and electric usage. I am honest, have integrity, friendly and looking for the same. I attend church weekly. read more »
