Spacious two bedroom, two and a half bath condo to share with one person. Condo is one floor, 1,400 sq ft with a garage, washer and dryer. I am looking for someone to move into my room, which is the master bedroom, so that I may move. Master bedroom has a full bath with soaking tub, seperate shower, two sinks, and a walk in closet. Lease would be until May, after which it can be discussed. Rent is $850 plus half of the utilities, which is usually about $75. Looking for someone to move in ASAP. MUST MEET CURRENT TENANT FIRST.
