I am a nurse practitioner with a recent empty nest. I am looking for 2 female roommates to share my home. The 2 bedrooms and bath are upstairs and very private. 1 bedroom is very large with a big walk in closet. This room is unfurnished and $500/month. BR #2 is smaller, furnished with a double bed and book shelves and desk. $450. I work quite a distance from home so I am not here much. I have a great sense of humor, I am real, love to laugh, and am pretty easy going. Plus, for the most part you will get free medical care while you are here. : ) I am a born-again, spirit filled Christian but have a sincere heart of Jesus; full of love. I am seeking roommates with similar values; heterosexual and no male overnight guests. I have 2 beautiful pit-bulls. They love people but do not get along with other animals very well. Since I work so far from home and work long hours I am looking for roommates that would be willing to help with these low maintanence doges. I am willing to deduct $50 off your rent for your help.
