In early-mid August, I will have a master bedroom with a private bathroom available. It is a two bedroom, single level apartment (no neighbors above or below) with a washer and dryer, small storage space, brand new flooring in the whole apt, and a small back yard. The area is very quiet and there is assigned parking.
The total rent is $606, with your half being $303. The electricity bill will be split in half. The location is in north Mesa, south of the North 202 and between Alma School & Country Club. It is also minutes from the 101, ASU, MCC, downtown Tempe and Scottsdale, Tempe Market Place, the Riverview shopping center, and the airport.
I am looking for a very responsible person, 19-25. You have to be employed and a cool person to be around. I am easy to get along with so I am looking for someone who is too. I am female and I would prefer a female roommate, but I will consider a male as well. I am a student and I like to have guests over every once in a while, so you can too. This is not a party house, but hanging out is fine.
