It is mins from the I10 and the 202, just perfectly tucked away. It is a very safe and friendly neiborhood and the view is well flat out amazing. The back yard is facing the Club West golf course. Hi, I am looking for a male or female roommate between the ages of 25 and 35 who does not smoke or do drugs, does not have any pets or kids, cleans up after him/herself and pays rent (on time). Preferably someone who is sociable but can do their own thing as well. As for Amber (26) and I (28), we are both pretty laid back and just kind of go with the flow. We are very friendly; happy go lucky people who make the living situation as comfortable and carefree as possible. We each like to go out on weekends but tend to be homebodies for the most part. I work days and Amber works nights so you will really only see one of us depending on when you work. As for the house, it is located off of 32nd St. & Thunderbird.
