The apartment is two stories, with both bedrooms upstairs. There is 1.5 baths, and two porches. The smaller room has a large window and one closet, the larger room has two closets, a large window and porch access. Right now I live in the smaller room, however, I would consider living in either.
The neighborhood is safe and pleasant, directly across from a large park, walking distance to Tempe Town lake, ASU-Tempe campus, and Mill Avenue. The crossroads are Hardy & 5th Street.
I am 25 and work for the ASU College of Nursing. I am looking for a roomate who is friendly and respectful, also female and in their twenties. I'm looking for someone down to earth, interested in doing some activities (cooking, hiking, etc.) together every now and then.
