I live in a house that was built in 2005 off of Nees between Maple & Chestnut. It is 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and I am the only person living here. I have all new furniture and am willing to rent the room furnished or unfurnished – your choice. The rent is $500 per month plus half the utilities to share (that part is somewhat negotiable). I am a 37 year old female professional with a Masters Degree, no children, and no pets living with me (my Labrador retriever lives in my Seattle home). I don’t currently have pictures of the house because I have only lived here since October, but if you don’t live any where near here to come over & see the house, I can take some pics & send them to you.
