Hello. Thanks for checking this out. I'm a pretty quiet guy looking to rent a room out in my quaint condo (gated community) near the Circle. I seek the same mostly quiet roommate, male or female. This is comes furnished or not furnished--use the stuff I have or we can move it into storage. Bed is a twin, but has a trundle as well. Armoire for computer/TV. Closet is packed with crud right now, but will be empty by the time you move in. :-)

I'm tired of men, although I do have a male partner that I see occasionally, but I'm looking for a nice, interesting, female roommate to live with. I can't afford to pay my rent on my own anymore, so I need to share my place with someone responsible, however I'm careful who I rent to. You need to be mentally stable, non-smoker, non-heavy drinker, and definitely be employed. You don't have to pay half the rent, but we need to have an agreement as to how much you are willing to pay every month, and you need to be able to pay your share on time every month. You also need to be drama-free.
I'm clean but fairly messy, however I'm not filthy. I do like my place to look nice and clean, but I'm busy and frankly there are more important things to do. If you like a nice, perfect home, then this one is not the one for you!
I'm vegetarian, and mostly vegan. You don't need to be the same, but you need to respect my beliefs. I can respect yours, and if you feel you need to eat meat, then that's fine by me. Just don't expect me to eat it. You also need to love animals as I have pets. Either you don't have any pets, or your pets have to get along with mine.

I will be moving from Southern Orange County August 1, 2008 and need to find a new apartment in the Long Beach area. I am looking in the areas of Belmont Shore, Belmont Heights, Bixby Village, Naples, Long Beach, Los Alamitos, and Seal Beach (depending on the neighborhood).
