I have a great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo for share in an awesome location downtown Denver in the Lower Highlands (LoHi). It is less than a minute from I-25, approximately 5 minutes from Lower Downtown (LoDo), 2 minutes from the bike and running path along Platte River, and very close to all three of the major stadiums (Coors Field, Pepsi Center, and Invesco Field). The inside of the condo itself is very new and very nice (all wooden floors, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer in unit, large living room and dining room area...over 1200 sq ft). The second bedroom could easily fit a queen sized bed, dresser, and more. You will also have your own full bath. There are two secured spaces available at no extra charge in the garage below. About me: I am a 29yo professional male who specializes in high-end IT staffing here in the Denver market. I am very clean, considerate, and easy going. I enjoy watching sports and hanging out with friends. I take it pretty easy during the week, but like to go out on the weekends.
