I have a room available in a 3 bed / 2 bath condo unit for any potential male or female roommate. The room itself is average size. Approximately, 10x9, with a bay window. Pictures are available upon request. The condo unit was the model and last unit purchased in the complex. 20inch diagnal tiles, crown modelings, the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen are amazingly luxurious. The living room is fully furnished with 42'' inch flat panel screen that doubles as a PC monitor for shared use. With wireless keyboard and mouse for use across the room. Steel appliances, washer and dryer all included. Currently, two guys live in the unit. Owner (myself) is in the master bedroom, though I'm rarely there (full time job, MBA classes and I spend 5 nights a week at my girlfriend's house).
