Located at about .6 miles south of W. Waters Avenue and .6 miles west of N. Dale Mabry Hwy. in Manhattan Palms. We (me a male and my roommate a female) live on the second floor of the two floor converted apartments. The room is furnished. We are easy going, work a lot so we only really see each other between hours when we are coming in or going out to work. We come and go as we please but at times enjoy a long conversation with each other or watch a movie together. I am divorced and on Sundays I sometimes take my 3 children (13,17, & 19, son is the oldest) to church and dinner then spend time watching Smallville, Supernatural, and maybe a movie at home. My roommate is also divorced who has a married son. None of our children live with us. We are looking for someone who is not loud, does not smoke, is not an alcoholic, takes no illegal drugs, has no pets, who is fairly clean with especially the common used areas of our place, who will pay their share of cost of 400 a month or 100 a week on time (which includes all utilities), who is honest and trustworthy, and who takes care of what we have. A background check will be made and information will be taken as to place of work, etc. We all pay bills and need to make ends meet thus the reason for roommates.
