I work in consulting so I’m typically out of town 3 nights a week which means my roommate would have the house to themselves 50% of the time. I am looking for a respectful, clean, and financially stable roommate (straight male or female). For $800 I’m offering a large bedroom with 2 large windows, hardwood floors, 2 large closets, and full bathroom across the hall. Roommate would have to provide own furniture. The third bedroom is an office that I’d be happy to share. The home has plenty of street parking available, is located on a very safe and friendly street, and is in walking distance to Grant Park and Cabbagetown. There’s a nice outdoor patio area in the backyard that’s great for entertaining friends as well as a great front porch to sit on while the neighbors stroll by. Hello! My name is Rachel and I am a student at Georgia State University. I am 20 years old and live in an apartment complex right inside Buckhead (on Piedmont). Unfortunately, my best friend since sixth grade is moving out at the end of July because she no longer wants to live in Atlanta, and I am looking for a roommate to move in at the beginning of August (August 1st). I am starting nursing school in the fall and would love for a student to move in with me, but I am not really picky, as long as the person is cool. Male or female, gay or straight, I really don't care.... I just need an awesome roommate! I am very easy going and fun to be around. You would be renting the master bedroom, which has its own bathroom and a large walk in closet. The rent is $529/month, which includes unlimited water. We usually have an electric bill between $60 and $70, and the cable, phone, and internet bill is a little over $100. All together, living here is under $650 a month, which is great for the area. There is a pool and gym, with very nice equipment. The apartment is located two minutes from the freeway and across the street from a MARTA station (in walking distance). The apartment complex itself is very quiet and peaceful, but as soon as you leave the gates, you are seconds away from food, entertainment, and shopping.
