Looking for female roommate to share...
4bed/4bath, 3-sided brick, beautiful home in Downtown Decatur. The bedroom is on the main level, with a private bathroom, and is approximately 10x10. We are only a 5-minute walk from the Decatur MARTA Station/Decatur Square, 10-minute walk to the Avondale station and approximately a 5-minute walk to Agnes Scott College/10 minute drive to Emory University.
$550.00 includes all utilities (gas, water, power), cable, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi. We will ask for a $300.00 deposit, which will be refunded assuming there is no damage when you move out. We will also ask that you sign a renter’s agreement. Open to short term or up to a year agreement.
We're a quiet, laid back female couple (28 & 31) and are looking for a responsible, drug free individual to rent. We have two cats, are non-smokers and prefer you not smoke either, unless outside. Would prefer someone close to our age 20's - mid 30's.

I have 2 rooms (one large, one small) in my 3 bed/1.5 bath brick ranch home. Can be short or long term. Rent is negotiable depending on how many people move in (1-2). The smaller room will be less rent obviously and utilities will probably be included (as long as you don't run up my bills astronomically). I am a born again christian. While I'm quiet, my heart is all for God. I desire to grow closer to Him everyday and to show others His truth and love. I am ONLY looking for females of the same heart!
My idea of fun is hanging out with friends, hiking with my dog, being outside, and reading on the front porch. I'm pretty laid back and do not want a roommate to bring in any drama. I don't smoke or do drugs and only drink very occasionally, like once a year on New Year's Eve for a toast. I do have 1 large dog and hope to adopt another this summer. So, you must be okay with dogs and while I don't expect you to have much interaction with them, I would like you to be willing to follow my instructions for the small interaction with them you would have (like when you come home and they greet you or if they try to get you to pet them). My current dog is very well trained, a little nervous around new people, but knows not to bother you.
