Rent is 800 a month with all utilities included except cable/internet. I am relaxed, clean, and friendly, and would love to find someone who is the same. Also need to find someone who is reliable and independent as I have a pretty crazy schedule. I like to go out occasionally, but not too often. The apartment is a spacious two bedroom/one bathroom within walking distance to the red and brown line trains as well as numerous bus routes. There is laundry in-unit as well as a storage space downstairs. The deck and back yard are beautiful and all of the nieghbors are awesome.
