Hi,
I am looking for a female roommate for my house near LSU. The house is very close to LSU it is in walking distance. I am a female student at LSU. The house is a two bedroom, one bath so we would share a bathroom. The house has hardwood floors, ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathroom, gated area, all new appliances (washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, etc.) The rent is $500 plus half of the utilities. Hi, my name is Ashley. I am looking for a roommate to move in anytime within the next couple of months. My townhouse is located on Perkins Place Ct. It is within a mile of Lady of the Lake hospital, a couple minutes from the Mall of LA, and about 10 minutes from LSU. The townhouse has 2 bedrooms/1.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own vanity and the bathtub/toilet is between both bedrooms. It is a 2 story townhouse with the bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Downstairs, there is a large living room with lots of furniture and a full-size washer and dryer. There is a patio with plenty of patio furniture out back. It is a very safe area. I am asking for $575/month. This includes everything: water/sewage, trash pickup, electricity, wireless internet, and cable. ABOUT ME: I am 25 years old and work full-time at a law firm in downtown Baton Rouge . I have had this job for over two years, so you will not need to worry about me suddenly losing a job and having no income. I also am in school full-time, so I study nearly every night of the week. Because of this I am also very quiet and respectful of others’ privacy (and others’ property). I do not have any pets. I am a smoker, but I smoke outside.
