Great 4 bedroom 2 bath house with great roommates. I am a female and just recently moved out of this house and moved to another state. In the house right now are three males...they are great and I loved living with them but I moved because of my job. All three guys work in a restaurant and one also works at the hospital and one attends Southen Miss. These guys love to just chill around the house and occasionally have friends over. I am trying to find them a roommate because the lease isn't up until September I don't think and I can't afford to continue to pay rent there and my current house. Update: Ok, I have someone moving in Feb 1 for on a month to month. If he doesn't stick around the room will be available again March 1. Don't be afraid to check the status. I'm a friendly, responsible 27 year old working at a Civil/Environmental Engineering firm in downtown Manchester. I've lived and worked here for about a year. I'm pretty active, like to snowboard, run, golf, camp, hike, or do just about anything outdoors. I currently have a lease with Univeristy Edge apartments in Hattiesburg, MS. I will be working this summer and need someone to finish out my lease from May to July 31st. You are not obligated to continue your lease at the end of July. These apartments are leased individually and your room has it's own dead bolt lock and bathroom. *Utilities (water, sewage, cable, internet, electricty) are included in the price. Electricty is an allowance so if you go over you pay the difference. We never went over $8.00 a monthly, usually less. You share the kitchen and living space with 3 other tenants.
