I am currently living in a double in Clintonville on North Broadway which is about 2 miles from campus. I am staying for another year once my lease is up this coming August. I will be a senior next year at OSU majoring in Textiles and Clothing and would prefer another female student or working full time. We have our own parking lot behind the house. 2 bedrooms upstairs with a full bath, a half bath on the main floor and a bedroom in the basement (which I am living in). The double is fairly new (about 6 years) and in great condition! NO PETS! Rent is $400 plus utilies- but they are spilt 3 ways..so its not to bad. Hi, I am looking for two female Christian roomates to move into a 4 bedroom house starting in August of this year. It would be 3 roomates total in the house, the 4th room is small so I thought of making that into a study/book room. There is only one bathroom too. But I've never had a problem b/c we set up schedules of who takes showers when, etc.Two of the roomates I had are getting married this month. I moved back to my parent's in the meantime but want to live there again b/c I LOVE the place. So, I need to find two roomates. This house is located at 313 W. 4th Avenue in Victorian Village/Harrison West off of Neil Ave. It is close to Battelle Hall and OSU Medical Center. It is also very close to the Lennox Town Center off of Olentangy River Rd. It takes me 5 minutes to get to work in downtown. It's also close to Grandview and the 670 interstate.
There are exposed brick walls on the side of the dining room, a nice built in cabinet area also. Hardwood floors in the dining and living room. A new kitchen floor is being put into the kitchen this summer before August and all the walls will be painted. There are carpeted floors in the upstairs rooms. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and a washer and dryer in the basement. The basement is pretty big so it's nice for storage. Rent is 950 a month which would be divided by three people. HI, I am looking for a roommate to share the house I am currently renting. I am a 26 year old professional female. I work M-F 8-5. I would prefer a female roommate and student or grad student would be great. The house is walking distance to campus and the bike path. The house is big with 3 bedrooms but one is used as an office with desk all ready for someone to take over. Open bedroom is 11x13 and the walk in closet is huge at 7x7. It also has hardwood floors, and a full size bed if needed. It can be removed in not. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, bathroom, office, and large linen closet. The house has hardwoods throughout. On the main floor is the kitchen, dining room, living room, sun room and mud room. There is also a basement that has washer/dryer, storage, and is set up as a second family room/rec room. Cable TV and wireless internet throughout. Large HDTV in living room with surround sound system. Kitchen has just been redone with new dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, garbage disposal, and fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. Back yard is fenced in with privacy and has a porch with a patio and grill. Nice porch with swing on front. Rent is $450/mo plus utilities.
