Hi! I'm a new teacher in Olathe, and currently rent an apartment with another girl. When our lease is up this summer, I am either going to renew the lease on my own (my roomie is getting married) or find a new place to live. I'm open to either at this point! I am 28. I would like a roommate that has a steady job, likes to go out sometomes and likes to have friends over. I'm not reallly a partier but I do like a drink every now and then. My sister and I have just bought a condo in the Northridge Estates. However, I will be moving some time around June to California. I am not taking any of the furniture so there isn’t a need to move anything but your personal stuff. Our place is a 2 bedroom / 1 bath condo with a finished basement. The room that will be available is the master bedroom (12x11) which has a large walk-in closet. It is painted a neutral/ light tan color, with snow-white doors/trim, and hardwood flooring. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, newer stove, newer refrigerator, and garbage disposal. The majority of the basement is finished and includes a bar area. We also have a treadmill, big screen tv, and computer area down there … along with a newer washer & dryer. Our complex has a pool and tennis courts. There is plenty of off-street parking. The rent is $675. per month plus shared utilities. The apartment is in a gated community in West Reno called Aviana at Tuscany.
