I am conveniently located close to the Lynnhaven shopping district and Interstate 264 – ideal for commutes to bases, ODU, NSU, EVMS, VWC, etc.
The renter will occupy a large, unfurnished room (14’x15’) with two closets and semi-private bathroom (renter and any guests will use main bath; I will use the master bath).
The room will be available May 1. Rent will be $645/month plus half of the utilities (depending on time of year, these run anywhere from $90-$150 per person). Rent may be negotiable, so feel free to make an offer.
I require a $500 deposit. The renter should also be willing to sign a rental agreement and provide credit references.
