I am a professional female working in Marina del Rey as a Destination Management Coordinator. I currently live downtown LA and would love to stay around the area although I have found that living alone downtown is EXPENSIVE! In the cozy place know as the Hollywood dell, a place hidden away from the world, is a 2 bed and 2 bath for rent, plus utilities. You get your own room and your bath. You will have use of the kitchen and other common areas. There is a pool and laundry on site, for your use. There is street parking, but this is a well guarded safe neighborhood, where all the neighbors watch out for each other, and I do mean watch out. As for me I am a gay male in my 40'S., and I do have a small dog name Howie...., he is friendly. So if your not dog friendly then this place will not be for you, if you have a small dog I would consider you also. As for what you need to move in is 750 deposit and 750 for November, plus references of your job and past place you lived. As for what I am looking for in a roommate, a gay male , 30 to 49 in age, non smoking is preferred, and no DRUGS OF any kind.
