Hello
We are looking to fill a vacancy, starting August 1st. Our house is a HUGE old craftsman that is less than a mile from Old Town Pasadena. We are looking to rent the upstairs portion of the house which includes:
Bedroom
Small Office (or small second bedroom or massive closet)
Your Own Bathroom
Rent also includes - parking, our own washer and dryer, water and garbage. Gas and electric are extra and not included in the rent.
You would be living with two males, both in their 30's. One does autocad architecture work, the other is a carpenter. We both are very easy going and hassle free. Female or male, gay or straight, old or new - we'll take you as you are. : ) We are not opposed to a couple or more than one person renting the upstairs. But there is only parking for one car. The rent does include water and garbage, but does not include gas and electric, which is never too bad.
The house is over 100 years old and has nice wood floors in the common rooms and nice wood trim. It has tons of space and is in a fantastic location. It is walking distance to old town, the Paseo on Colorado, grocery stores, 4 movie theaters, the Pasadena Playhouse, tons of great restaurants, lots of shopping.
The landlord takes care of the yard, is pretty quick in fixing any issues and for the most part leaves us alone, which is great.
It really is a great place to live and worth your while to check out.
