Condo is two bedroom, nicely furnished with fireplace and patio with sunset view. I am renting the 2nd bedroom with its own bathroom and tub.
Air-conditioned. Complex has pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts -- which are rarely used since most homeowners are elderly and tend to keep to themselves.. Nicely landscaped with trees, paths and lawns -- maintained by the association. Within walking distance of Target and other stores. Not far from the Riverside plaza.
Renter would have full access to the house, a private bath with tub and own refridgerator, own linen closet.. Kitchen is full equipped with dishes, pots, pans, gas stove, etc. Nicely kept with some antiques, hardword floors and nice Wool carpeting.
I am looking for a mature, stable but fun-loving, gay, MALE room-mate -- preferably a non-smoker -- or one who would use the patio to smoke. No hard drugs, please, and not looking for "party type". Would prefer a "home and hearth" kind of guy -- between 35 and 60 who is looking to really share a home and show mutual respect for each other.
