Hello! My name is Rachel and I am a student at Georgia State University. I am 20 years old and live in an apartment complex right inside Buckhead (on Piedmont). Unfortunately, my best friend since sixth grade is moving out at the end of July because she no longer wants to live in Atlanta, and I am looking for a roommate to move in at the beginning of August (August 1st). I am starting nursing school in the fall and would love for a student to move in with me, but I am not really picky, as long as the person is cool. Male or female, gay or straight, I really don't care.... I just need an awesome roommate! I am very easy going and fun to be around. You would be renting the master bedroom, which has its own bathroom and a large walk in closet. The rent is $529/month, which includes unlimited water. We usually have an electric bill between $60 and $70, and the cable, phone, and internet bill is a little over $100. All together, living here is under $650 a month, which is great for the area. There is a pool and gym, with very nice equipment. The apartment is located two minutes from the freeway and across the street from a MARTA station (in walking distance). The apartment complex itself is very quiet and peaceful, but as soon as you leave the gates, you are seconds away from food, entertainment, and shopping.
