Looking for a gay or gay friendly male, or female to share house in Berkley. Full house rights in 2 bedroom home located between Woodward and Coolidge, 2 minutes to Royal Oak, 2 minutes to 696. New deck, partial workout room in basement, currently remodeling both bath and kitchen. Current tenant stayed 5 years, and will begin moving out in about 2 weeks so I can get fresh paint on walls and the carpet cleaned. House not ready to be shown yet, but soon. Looking for $475.00 in rent plus half of utilities which are somewhat reasonable if you’re careful with the thermostat in the winter.
Age is not an issue as long as you are responsible and can pay your bills on time. House is currently furnished - if you'd like to use some of your stuff that’s cool. Looking for more of a house-mate than a renter. By that I mean I'd like you to take some pride in where you live - help keep the place clean, cook once in a while, hang out, that type of thing.
