In our community you will enjoy newly polished hardwood flooring, new paint, huge windows, private yard, and modern appliances. Unlike many other areas in Minneapolis, there is plenty of on-street parking. Bus lines are on the and is within walking distance to major grocery stores, bars, fast food and fine dining, many retailers, greenway, Powderhorn Park, and trendy shops! There will be 5-7 roommates living in the house. Everyone will collaborate on furnishings and other household things such as dinnerware and cleaning supplies. The only thing I ask is that everyone be a similar age, 21-26. Also should be gay friendly. All utilities are included in the rent, including CABLE & WIRELESS INTERNET.
