Thanks for reading the ad. I have a 3 bedroom apartment in central Beaverton. It is walking distance to the MAX (Portlands train system) and about 15 min by MAX to downtown Pdx. 5 minutes to Nike or 15 to 20 minutes to most education around here.
Current roomie is 18 and headed to the Navy which is why we need a replacement, 2nd roomie is 27, gay and works rotating shifts so you don't see him much. Optional - We are open to reduced rent for help with house chores. I also run a business and if you are interested I could reduce the rent further for help with that. Think of it as mini houseboy duties or personal assistant duties. Of course, we are OK with just having you pay rent.
Not sure of exact date roomie will ship out, it could be as early as Jan 15 or as late as Feb 15th. We can be flexible with move in dates if you can be with sleeping arrangements (you can sleep in the living room until he moves out if you have tight deadlines to be out of your current situation. read more »
