I am searching for a roomate to live with me in beautiful Downingtown. It is in the Black Hawk Apartment Complex right off 30 buisness. It is 2 a bedroom apartment, but my current roomate is moving out due to a new job.
This is what I can offer to a new roomate;
- 480 rent (water included in rent)
- Window unit A/C, baseboard heating
- Balcony that spans nearly the entire apartment
- Washer/Dryer in complex
- Storage area
- Pool access in complex
- Walking distance of train, septa, grocery store, Wawa and bus line
- lovely fish as pets
As for myself I am a gay 23 year old male. I am a pretty easy going person. I keep things orderly but am far from anal retentive about it. I am not looking for a best friend, but someone I can get along with when we are both in the apartment. My current roomate will vouch for me if there are any questions about my living habits.
