However, utilities and water ARE NOT INCLUDED, but bills will be split between the other roommates (split four ways). Full kitchen with granite countertops. Includes a stove, oven, microwave and fridge. Full-size washer and dryer also included in the apartment. Located just a short block from two West Campus bus stops (22nd/Pearl or 22 1/2 & San Gabriel) or about a 5-7 minute walk to campus (less than 10 minutes to walk to Mezes). We live in the Pearl North building with the gym and the media center downstairs, but you have access to all of the other Block Apartment buildings (i.e. to access free tanning at the 28th/Rio Grande location).
