Two down to earth roommates living in a Three bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse in Spring Branch looking for a clean and quiet gay or gay friendly roommate that is also 420 friendly to take third unfurnished bedroom and share a bathroom with one of the roommates. Both roommates have full-time jobs and one also has a business that he runs out of the home a few hours a month. We cook on a regular basis and enjoy chill times at home in the evenings after work and off days.
Full use of common areas and smoking is available in the outside semi-private patio area. Washer available but we need to get a gas dryer but laundry facilities are available on site.
Must be responsible, stable, clean, neat, especially quiet, have regular steady job, 420 friendly and able to give references if requested. You would most likely be a good fit if you are good natured, easy to get along with, clean, responsible and enjoy the same around home (by CLEAN we mean you PICK UP your stuff, clean the DISHES you use, etc.! no mom included!). We are defiantly not slobs!!!
Amount due each month would be $375 and will cover rent, water, phone (local calls only), internet (wireless capable), basic satellite service, house cleaner that comes through every 2 weeks and the supplies for her to complete the job.
Additional cost $150 deposit completely refundable with 30 day notice and room left clean, $35 application fee and 1/3 of electric, personal items and food (the standard stuff). read more »

I just recently moved back to Houston(9-9-08) from Japan. I lived in Japan for the past 2 years where my husband is currently stationed for the military. I moved back to Houston to go to school while my husband finishes his last year in Japan. I'm getting paid for monthly rent from the military but I am trying to get back on my feet as well so I need the help of a roommate. I will be busy with school and work(as soon as I find a job). I'm social and enjoy nights out occasionaly but I also like to stay home and relax. I have 2 min. dachshunds that are as sweet as can be and house trained. My mom is an interior decorator so you can expect for the apartment to look amazing. I like a clean well kept place.
