The rent is $462.00 a month for the smaller room and $592 for the larger room that has it’s own bath. The utilities are $30.00 a month and $10.00 a month for renters insurance that is required by the leasing office for every apartment. The person moving in will need to have their name on the lease. The current lease is for 14 months and will come to an end October of 2009. Keep in mind everyone in the apartment needs to be on the lease and if you do need to move out everyone just signs a paper to release you from it. It's not a difficult process at all.
To be on the lease all that is needed is to fill out a simple application form, a current pay stub (within the past 30 Days), and a one time non refundable $35.00 application fee. The leasing office does do a credit check, but they are very nice. Basically if you have a decent paying job you pass. The deposit is $170.00.
The smaller room is available to move in to as of Nov. 1st. The larger one is available as of Nov. 3rd. The deposit is required to hold the room. If you change your mind last minute you lose your deposit.
The smaller room is about 10ft by 11ft. You will share a sink with one girl and the bathroom with two. The larger room is about 14ft by 12ft and it has it's own full bath. You will have full kitchen privileges. Smoking, Drugs, and Pets are not permitted in the unit.

My girlfriend and I want to renmt out other room we live in a TownHouse the complex has a security gate with a roaving patrol, on site fitness center, laundry rooms open 24/7 we split the utilities between us they pay gas we pay water and trash, Electric, and cable which is also the home phone and the high speed internet. we would prefer non drinker as my girlfriend and I have been in a 12th step program her 21 yrs myself coming up on 27 yrs and please no drugs.
