It's in downtown LB and it has a tropical feeling to the building with the palm trees and other wonderful greenery. I have lived here for about 5 years and enjoy it. I'm leaving the country for work and will be gone for 6 months. While I'm away I need someone to take over my room and rent it out. I have a wonderful friend/roommate living in the smaller room. Hello. Thanks for checking this out. I'm a pretty quiet guy looking to rent a room out in my quaint condo (gated community) near the Circle. I seek the same mostly quiet roommate, male or female. Ground rules go both ways, I'm all about dividing up the "chores" and laundry schedules. Smoking outside please!
CSULB not very far, ideal for students--bus stop on the corner.
Everything is included in the price! Rent, Utilities, Internet, Driveway Parking, Pool & Workout Room, Trash, Washer and Dryer in unit... all of it! No more dang quarters.
This is comes furnished or not furnished--use the stuff I have or we can move it into storage. Bed is a twin, but has a trundle as well. Armoire for computer/TV. Closet is packed with crud right now, but will be empty by the time you move in. :-)

my name is Wil. I'm eighteen, take classes at lbcc off & on (currently off), and I make my money through construction work and music (construction more so, unsurprisingly). I have a girlfriend who I've been with for a while now and I like to think I'm a pretty chill guy. I also have a friend who's 20 and goes to Cerritos college & works & he's interested in finding a place, too. my friend, me, and my girlfriend are moving up north to eureka, ca next summer, and me and my friend are looking for places to live until then. so if you have room just for me, or room for both of us, I would be interested.
I would like to keep the rent at about 500 monthly, but that is flexible. I don't have much credit, as the only thing I've ever done credit-wise is have a cell phone, but I don't have any skeletons in my closet. co-signing is a possibility for me, if needed.
we're really laid back guys and we're really easy to get along with. we go out a lot so we probably wont bug you too much. so think about it, and its cool if it doesnt work out. if so, I wish you the best of luck.
