We are looking for a roommate to move in with us into a brand new apartment in January. The apartment complex opened a couple of months ago and is the perfect environment for a college student! The apartment building is on Reseda right across the street from CSUN. It has an underground garage, pool, spa, barbecue area, outdoor fireplace, and several trash chutes. It also has what is called the "Clubhouse", which is basically an apartment that everyone in the building has access to, and has a kitchen, TV, free Wi-Fi, pool table, and a theatre room. Our apartment is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, w/ 2 girls to a room with a fully stocked kitchen and a full sized washer and drier. We are all female college students at CSUN and would like to have a roommate similar to us. Rent is $514 every month (for a year lease) and utilities would sum up to about $40 - $50 a month, which includes water and power, gas, and cable.
