We are 2 girls living in a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment (newly remodeled!). We need someone to occupy the vacant room (room has a closet and a patio). Rent is $462.50.
In addition, we have another space in the dining room which is available too. Hence, we need 2 females to join us, one for the room and one for the dining room. The dining room has curtain partitions up around it so it is still private for you. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other girl. Rent for this space is $362.50.
This is a vegetarian household; even if you are non-vegetarian, you will need to be compliant with not eating meat. Eggs are okay though.
If you decide to move in here, you must be okay with animals as we have 2 cats. They're VERY friendly and loving though so you need not worry about them. Everyone who sees them likes them a lot =)
Utilities (cable, internet, electricity and some common grocery items) are roughly $50-60 per month but may be less in the warmer months when we are not using the heater. Electricity has been high lately due to having the heater on but otherwise, there is a rule to conserve energy as much as possible to keep the fees low and to help our planet.
Laundry facilities are on site but not in the apartment itself. It's near to the leasing office. Parking is available on the street if you have a car. It's a very quiet and safe neighbourhood.
There is a refundable deposit you will have to pay, as well, which is $115. It is refunded when you vacate. read more »
