We are a young (23yo and 30yo) professional gay couple looking for another professional roommate to share a NEW 2 story house with unfinished basement, and 4 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom house in Aurora (80018), it is a 3,000 square feet house. Guys, girls, straights, bi or gay are all welcome as long as you are clean and responsible paying your bills. We both work mon-fri (8-5pm). We have 3 quiet birds for most of the time and they have their own room. Sorry, no other pets allowed. No smoking in the house and that includes your room, but you can smoke outside ONLY. No drugs.
You will have a private room and will share a bathroom with one more roommate. The rent is $500 per month and all utilities included (500 DirecTV channels, wireless internet, dryer and washer, gas, electric, water, and trash) and $300 deposit required. The room is unfurnished.
We are not the typical gay guys, we are very masculine and not into the gay bars much. Most of our friends are straight.
Please email me with any questions you may have. The room will be available after 6/30/08 but you can take a look at anytime by appointment. You must have a car, there is no bus line close. The house is 10 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from downtown, it is a new neighborhood. Conveniently located near E-470 and I-70. my girlfriend and i are buying a house half a mile from the new med center in aurora. we're a ten minute walk away for people who work or go to school there. one room is 11x12 and we're asking $500; the other is 20x12 with it's own private entry door and we're asking $650. rent would include all utilities (gas, electric, water, trash, wireless internet). we are totally willing to negotiate on the price, but not too much.
a little about us: we're both 24, she is a med student at anschutz and i'm a teacher nearby. we're both pretty liberal, but respect all belief systems. we're both clean and respectful. also, we have a small and very lovable dog, so if you're allergic it might not work. we don't want any other pets in the house.
