Hi I'm Felise , and I live in an apartment building with a friend of mine. Do to some family problems that have come up I need to move out of the place. And I'm looking for someone to replace me on the lease.
The apartment is located by Wash Park , and it's just off Speer and Pearl. The place is wonderful theirs an outdoor pool , gated apartment complex , W/D , dishwasher , internet , and a wonderful neighborhood. The girl that you would be living with her name is Lindsay , she 27 years old just finished school in May. She's a fun person , relaxed , likes to have a good time , and she's doesn't like drama.The rent is 525 a month in the summer time , and 550 in the winter time because heat is 25 dollars.
