Hey, my name is Veleita. I have a room available in the apartment complex called Jefferson Village. The lease would be Summer 08- July 09. It is right down the street from UCF and close to Valencia. It is also in walking distance to places such as Steak N Shake, Publix, Blockbuster, and a lot more. Most of the students who live here attend UCF or VCC, but you DON'T have to be a student to live here. The room available has a QUEEN sized bed, walk-in closet, dressers, desk, and your OWN bathroom. There is a view of the pond from the window. As of now, there are 2 other girls living here. Another one went back home for the Summer. ALL utilities are included in the $579. There is a pool, basketball court, sand volleyball, BBQ grills, and 24hr fitness room, game room, and security. The housing people hold movie nights by the pool for us about once a month, and we had a big pool party a couple of days ago. :) I would like to sublease the room A.S.A.P, but I can negotiate if you are interested. The only reason I want to move out is because I want to move into a house. Honestly, the only negative thing I would say about the complex is the infinite amount of speed bumps! I guess they think college students are bad drivers...lol.
