2 bedroom 2 bath upstairs apartment with a nice lake view from patio. Has a washer and dryer. Not much storage unfortunately. Looking for someone clean, responsible, and respectful of other peoples belongings. I have cable and high speed internet. The rent is 425 and half of the power, cable, and water. Also someone who is respectful in their actions. I am extremely laid back and want to avoid drama at all times. I don't care to come home to a house of strangers. I don't really care at all about watching sports. My girl spends a decent amount of time over here but nothing as if she lives here. I am also a DJ/producer so I have turntables setup and will have other equipment soon. I listen to breakbeats predominatley but enjoy all types of music if it is good. I don't do country though.I work mon -fri and like to have a peaceful environment to live in. I also do not want to live with a penguin that likes it cold in the house. I keep it around 75-77 degrees most of the time and turn it up to 80 when I go to work. I will sometuimes turn it to around 72-74 when I am sleeping. I also am quite the healthy eater and prefer that people supply their own food and drinks and I will supply mine. Ask otherwise. Basically, my friend and I are looking for an apartment to share with two other girls. We're both students at HCC and we want two more girls (straight preferably but totally open to lesbians as long as its not an issue) to share an apartment with us. We're trying to save money on rent by renting out an apartment for cheap with two bedrooms and two girls each sharing a room. Her and I would share a room. The other two would share the other room so this is a really great opportunity if you have a best friend or another girl you would like to move in with! Rent would be cheap because the apartment would be cheap and close to HCC. With 2/1 or 2/1.5, expected rent would be about $200 a month for each girl with utilities included.
