The apartment is in a gated community in West Reno called Aviana at Tuscany. My roommate is moving out to livewith her girlfriend so I would like to find some one who is responsible and respectable as soon as possible. I will be in the master bedroom and you will have the other. It has a spacious walk-in closet and a door directly from the room into the guest bathroom, so no having to walk through the hall to get to the restroom. It is a very nice place but I do have two cats who I love very much. Litter, food and water will be in my bathroom so you will not have to worry about any of that. They are very loveable and have grown on every body who have met them. I am a 22 year old student and would like to find someone over 21 but I am willing to go younger if need be. I own a four bedroom 3 full bathroom house in the oceanpointe subdivision of Ewa Beach. I currently have three roommates including my live-in girlfriend. We are all very respectful, social, people that have a great living environment. The room available is the second biggest room in the house located upstairs, which overlooks the park in the front of the house. There is a bathroom located directly next to the room, which you would share with my roommate Dave (has two sinks). The house is very spacious, and has a great backyard that includes a jacuzzi, barbeque area, and covered lanai with chained swinging chairs. Other amenities include central air conditioning, dishwasher, washer/dryer. The rent is $900.00 per month, and we all split the utilities, which include satellite TV, wireless internet, home phone, electric, and water. I can also provided storage space in the garage attic, and furniture for the room if needed.
