Need one or two responsible roommates. There are 3 bedrooms and two full baths. I'm cool and open minded but living together requires respect. Paying bills on time is important. I'm a DJ/events and music producer/attorney so I live in the arts world and the business world at the same time. I have parties at the house occasionally but first and foremost, I live here. I've lived here for 8 years and its a great space. Its a 3,200 sq. ft. duplex in a historic mansion in the west loop. Its equal distance (6 blks) from 90/94 or 290. There is a park on the corner that has BB and tennis courts and a pool. Also, I just got water service (a cooler which they deliver water for). I'm one block from restaurant row. I have a dog and a cat but most of the time they are at my girlfriend's home. I just graduated from Purdue University with a Nursing degree. I am a 22-year-old non-smoker. I have taken a job in downtown Chicago, and I am looking for a roommate. This is seriously the coolest loft ever! It's New York Style. It's located steps from the Blue Line and 30 seconds from the grocery store, the video store, the department store, etc.
I'm looking for a guy or girl who is extremely clean and very laid back.
I'm a professional downtown and work everyday (including most Saturdays). I like movies, video games, and growing plants (hahah not pot... real plants).
When I say this place is large... I mean that it is SUPER LARGE! The hardwood floors are absolutely gorgeous and original.
