Hi! I'm a new teacher in Olathe, and currently rent an apartment with another girl. When our lease is up this summer, I am either going to renew the lease on my own (my roomie is getting married) or find a new place to live. I'm open to either at this point! If staying in my apartment, then I would have a bedroom available (shared bath). Rent + utilities + internet average $375 each. If I move elsewhere, I would definitely want to stay as close to Olathe as possible. I'm a Christian and very responsible. I stay busy between work and my master's, and am not into the party scene. I would definitely want a roommate who is trustworthy, responsible, and respectful as well. My sister and I have just bought a condo in the Northridge Estates. However, I will be moving some time around June to California. I am not taking any of the furniture so there isn’t a need to move anything but your personal stuff. Our place is a 2 bedroom / 1 bath condo with a finished basement. The room that will be available is the master bedroom (12x11) which has a large walk-in closet. It is painted a neutral/ light tan color, with snow-white doors/trim, and hardwood flooring. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, newer stove, newer refrigerator, and garbage disposal. The majority of the basement is finished and includes a bar area. We also have a treadmill, big screen tv, and computer area down there … along with a newer washer & dryer. Our complex has a pool and tennis courts. There is plenty of off-street parking. The rent is $675. per month plus shared utilities. We are interested in someone who is clean, respectful, laid back, NOT full of drama, doesn’t have or want any pets, and has the personality to get along with just about anyone. My sister is a 25 year old accountant. She enjoys working out, is professional & career driven, and simply an all-around girl. The apartment is in a gated community in West Reno called Aviana at Tuscany. My roommate is moving out to livewith her girlfriend so I would like to find some one who is responsible and respectable as soon as possible. I will be in the master bedroom and you will have the other. It has a spacious walk-in closet and a door directly from the room into the guest bathroom, so no having to walk through the hall to get to the restroom. It is a very nice place but I do have two cats who I love very much. Litter, food and water will be in my bathroom so you will not have to worry about any of that. They are very loveable and have grown on every body who have met them. I am a 22 year old student and would like to find someone over 21 but I am willing to go younger if need be.
